Pasqal Holding (NASDAQ:PSQL) shares are trading lower during Monday's premarket session. Last week, the company began trading on Nasdaq on August 28, 2026, under the tickers PSQL and PSQLW, respectively,

This follows the completion of their previously announced business combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II.

The companies' shareholders approved the transaction and related proposals on August 25, 2026.

Pasqal De-SPAC Deal Completion Puts PSQL In Price Discovery

The transaction gives Pasqal approximately $360 million in cash at closing, providing a stronger capital base to accelerate global quantum computing deployments, support innovation and expand commercial adoption.

The company said it plans to use the funds to expand quantum processing unit (QPU) manufacturing and deployment, advance its fault-tolerant quantum computing roadmap, broaden access to its cloud and software platform, strengthen integration with classical high-performance computing infrastructure and expand its global commercial operations.

Co-founded by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Alain Aspect, Pasqal currently has seven QPUs deployed and three more in production.

Its QPUs are globally accessible through the cloud and support more than 25 commercial and research applications across energy, financial services, materials science and other industries.

PSQL Technical Outlook After De-SPAC Volatility

From a longer-term chart perspective, the cleanest roadmap is the 52-week range: $20.10 (August high) overhead and $13.08 (August low) below, with the stock now back in the middle of that band after failing to hold recent strength.
