Shares in Corero Network Security PLC (AIM:CNS, OTCQB:DDOSF) rose 10% to 8p after itech vendor secured a combined $3.9 million in new agreements to deploy its sovereign cybersecurity defences across the UK telecommunications sector and the global NeoCloud sector.

At the heart of the operational update is a pivotal five-year contract worth $3.4 million with a leading UK-based tier 1 fixed and mobile telecommunications provider.

Delivered in partnership with a strategic alliance partner, the deal integrates the company's SmartWall ONE and CORE platforms with advanced Layer 7 TLS protection capabilities.

That deployment will ensure the telecom giant meets stringent governance obligations under both the Telecommunications Security Act and the UK Cyber Security and Resilience Bill.

Separately, the group secured a three-year agreement worth $0.5 million to deploy real-time DDoS protection for one of the world's largest NeoCloud operators.

Reflecting the demands of that market, the business will deploy the technology across two data centres to meet requirements in which uptime and rapid response times are paramount.

The dual wins serve as a clear endorsement of the company's on-premises technology, cementing its operational footprint within the critical national infrastructure sector.

Investors now face a promising runway for revenue growth, as management evaluates emerging opportunities across the rapidly expanding AI and NeoCloud data centre markets.
