American Resources Corp CEO Mark Jensen joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company's appointment as the inaugural Platinum member of the Critical Minerals Institute (CMI), a move that strengthens its position within the rapidly evolving critical minerals sector and underscores its commitment to building secure domestic supply chains.

Jensen said the partnership aligns closely with American Resources' mission of advancing critical minerals production, processing and recycling capabilities in North America. As the Institute's first Platinum member, the company will play a prominent role in helping shape industry discussions and initiatives focused on securing reliable supplies of strategic minerals essential to modern technologies, energy transition infrastructure and national security.

Through the membership, American Resources gains access to CMI's global executive network and the Institute's Critical Minerals Platform, a comprehensive intelligence system that provides independent mineral pricing data, market forecasts, supply chain analysis, and corporate intelligence. Jensen noted that these resources will help support the company's strategic decision-making as it continues to expand across the critical minerals value chain.
