Solaris Energy Infrastructure Shares Rise After Raising 2026 EBITDA Guidance

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE:SEI) shares rose 6% on Tuesday after the company increased its Adjusted EBITDA guidance for the third and fourth quarters of 2026 and issued an initial forecast for the first quarter of 2027.

The company attributed the higher outlook to increased contributions from its core power services operations and performance from recently acquired businesses that was ahead of its previous expectations.

Third-Quarter EBITDA Forecast Raised to $110 Million-$130 Million

Solaris now expects Adjusted EBITDA of between $110 million and $130 million for the third quarter of 2026.

The previous forecast called for Adjusted EBITDA of $90 million to $105 million. At the midpoint, the revised range represents an increase of approximately 23% from the earlier guidance.

For the fourth quarter, the company raised its Adjusted EBITDA forecast to between $145 million and $180 million from a previous range of $100 million to $120 million.

The midpoint of the new fourth-quarter range is approximately 48% above the midpoint of the previous forecast.

Solaris Issues First-Quarter 2027 Guidance

Solaris also provided its first Adjusted EBITDA guidance for the first quarter of 2027.

The company expects Adjusted EBITDA of between $200 million and $240 million for the period.

The forecasts represent the company's current expectations and are subject to its actual operating performance.

Solaris shares gained 6% following the guidance update as investors assessed the expected contributions from its power services operations and recently acquired businesses.
