10-year Treasury yield eases, oil falls to $100: AlphaCheck

Good morning. Stocks rebounded on Thursday as oil prices declined and bond yields eased after the Federal Reserve raised interest rates for the first time since 2023.
Investors anticipated Fed officials would hike interest rates by 25 basis points on Wednesday, with central bankers now seeing a second hike this year.
The 10-year Treasury (^TNX) yield fell by 5 basis points on Thursday, to hover near 4.96%. Brent crude futures (BZ=F) dropped to $102 per barrel while West Texas Intermediate (CL=F) traded near $100.

Tech stocks (XLK) gained as the stock of chip heavyweight (NVDA) rose more than 2%. E-commerce giant Amazon (AMZN) also rallied, along with software maker Microsoft (MSFT).
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) gained roughly 1% to hold above $76,000 while gold (GC=F) also held steady above $4,400.
