Check out some of the companies making the biggest moves midday: Workday — Shares of the cloud-based human resources software platform rose 5%. CNBC's David Faber reported that efforts to gain financing for a bid to take Workday private are continuing, citing unidentified sources. Lucid Group — The electric vehicle maker's stock added almost 9% after the chief executive told Bloomberg that restructuring work with advisors had ended, FactSet said. SiTime — Shares of the Silicon Valley-based maker of micro-electromechanical system-based silicon timing products rallied almost 10% after Morgan Stanley began research coverage with an overweight recommendation and $730 price target, representing 33% potential upside from Wednesday's close. Tower Semiconductor — Shares rose almost 9% after the Israeli semiconductor manufacturer and privately held New Photonics agreed to a high-volume shipment of laser-integrated optical engines designed to meet growing demand for high-bandwidth, energy-efficient optical interconnects in artificial intelligence infrastructure. Fluence Energy — Shares tumbled 14% after the battery storage maker cut its full-year guidance. Fluence now expects $2.4 billion in revenue for 2026, versus its prior guidance of $2.9 billion to $3.1 billion. It also anticipates a loss of $200 million before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, more than its previous guidance range of $30 million loss to $10 million EBITDA. Vital Farms — Shares climbed 9% after Axios said the Austin, Texas-based pasture-raised egg and butter producer is exploring strategic alternatives, including privatization . Generac — The stock soared 19% after the generator maker struck a deal with Amazon to supply backup power generators for its data centers. Initial deliveries are expected to total $2.4 billion between 2027 and 2028. Generac also granted Amazon the right to buy up to $340 million worth of its stock. Amazon's stock moved 1.3% higher. Arm Holdings — CEO Rene Haas told CNBC's Jim Cramer that he is increasingly confident that the company can meet demand for its new data center chip. Shares gained 9%. Vicor — The maker of modular power components surged 15%. The Massachusetts-based company granted a non-exclusive license to an AI OEM for its Vertical Power Delivery modules. — With reporting by CNBC's Michelle Fox
