Ram, Jeep, and Fiat parent company Stellantis (STLA) will report first-half results on Thursday morning, with the success of CEO Antonio Filosa's turnaround plan in focus.

For the half, Stellantis is expected to report revenue of 80.71 billion euros ($91.82 billion) per Bloomberg consensus, up nearly 9% compared to last year. Stellantis is expected to post adjusted earnings per share of 0.35 euros ($0.40) and adjusted operating income of 1.42 billion euros ($1.62 billion), almost triple the 540 million euros ($614 million) posted a year ago.

After reporting its Q1 results, Stellantis confirmed its prior 2026 guidance, projecting net revenues to rise in the mid-single digits in 2026, with low-single-digit adjusted operating income margin. The company aims to return to positive industrial free cash flow by 2027.

The company's Big Three rivals — Ford (F) and GM (GM) — both upped their full-year profit projections in their respective reports, putting pressure on Stellantis to do the same.

Filosa's turnaround plan has worked in terms of sales success.

Earlier this month, Stellantis reported that Q2 shipments hit an estimated 1.6 million units, up 10% year over year. Growth was driven primarily by North America (+38%) and Europe (+5 %), which partially offset lower volumes in the Middle East & Africa (down 4%) stemming from the war in Iran. South America, where Stellantis has a big presence, was down 7% due to a weaker Argentinian economy.

In the US, Stellantis said the Ram 1500 with HEMI V8, the new Ram 1500 TRX SRT, the refreshed Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Grand Cherokee, and the refreshed Chrysler Pacifica boosted sales.

Back in late May, Stellantis unveiled a five-year, 60 billion euro ($70 billion) strategic plan focusing on just four of its brands: Jeep, Ram, Peugeot, and Fiat.

The plan, dubbed FaSTLAne 2030, is "the result of months of disciplined work across the company," designed to "drive long-term profitable growth," Filosa said.

The most consequential shift is the focus on Jeep, Ram, Peugeot, and Fiat — the four "global" brands — that will receive 70% of brand and product investment, alongside the Pro One commercial vehicle unit.

Of the 36 billion euros ($42 billion) earmarked for brands and products, 60% is heading to North America. Stellantis plans to add seven new products priced under $40,000, including two under $30,000, by 2030 to address affordability issues.

The overall plan depends heavily on partnerships. Stellantis is deepening ties with China's Leapmotor (51% Stellantis-owned) for European vehicles and with Dongfeng for Chinese vehicles.
