• XOVR is a first-of-its-kind ETF, blending 85% public stocks with a 15% slice of private companies like SpaceX and Rocket Lab. It's built on ERShares' Entrepreneur Factor", the same framework that spotted Nvidia back in 2005 at $5 a share.

• ERShares actually turned down over $1 billion in institutional creation flows right before the SpaceX IPO, real money they walked away from to protect retail investors. That's part of a broader shareholder protection plan that also includes a 2% fee on large institutional orders designed to stop arbitrage dilution.

• The results speak for themselves: XOVR jumped roughly 27.5% in Q2 2026, and AUM exploded from $400 million to $2.2 billion in a single quarter. Eva Ados underscores the organic nature of the flows, driven by long-term retail buyers, not institutional games.
