Antea adds member companies across key markets in 2025

The Antea Alliance of Independent Firms expanded its international network in 2025 with a series of new member companies across the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Europe.

The association, which comprises independent audit, consulting, tax and legal practices, said the additions are intended to strengthen local expertise and service capabilities in selected markets.

It said the latest appointments were guided by client demand for strong local knowledge combined with international standards, rather than by a push for member growth in itself.

Antea described the expansion as part of a "long-term strategy" to build a multidisciplinary alliance of independent companies supporting cross-border work in regulated, fast-growing and complex markets.

In the Middle East, the alliance added Adel & Abdullah Aboulkhair in Saudi Arabia. The Riyadh-based accounting and business consulting practice broadens Antea's audit and advisory presence in a market that has gained importance for international investment and regional expansion.

In Asia, Antea added Akhawala & Co. in Pakistan. The professional services company has been operating for nearly five decades.

In South East Asia, Malaysia-based CGL Advisory also joined the alliance. Antea said the company brings a multidisciplinary profile, regional links and participation in the alliance's international initiatives.

In the Americas, the focus was on cross-border advisory and legal work. Miami-based Finnalyze Solutions joined in the US, adding experience in transaction advisory, cross-border consulting, and accounting and tax outsourcing.

Legal coverage in Latin America and the Caribbean was also expanded through the addition of VMS Advogados in Brazil and Alburquerque Abogados in the Dominican Republic. In Europe, Cyprus-based Elsavco joined the alliance. The practice brings expertise in audit, assurance, transfer pricing, tax and VAT compliance.
