Decentralized crypto exchange PancakeSwap (CRYPTO: $CAKE) expanded its tokenized equities offering on Thursday, listing 10 additional "bStocks" on BNB Chain to give users 24-hour access to shares of high profile companies ranging from semiconductor manufacturer ASML Holding to streaming powerhouse Netflix (NASDAQ: $NFLX).

The newly added BEP-20 tokens, which include Astera Labs, ASML Holding (NASDAQ: $ASML), AST SpaceMobile, Bitmine Immersion (NYSE: $BMNR), Coherent Corp, Credo Technology, IREN, Netflix, Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: $SMCI), and USA Rare Earth, are backed 1:1 by U.S. listed equity shares held at a regulated custodian. Issued by a Binance group affiliate, the tokens allow investors to maintain economic exposure to underlying stocks while bypassing traditional brokerage operating hours and settlement delays.

The expansion marks the latest phase in a broader push by PancakeSwap and BNB Chain to integrate real-world assets into decentralized finance (DeFi). Under the structure, token holders can verify collateral holdings daily, redeem positions fee free on Binance, or transfer tokens to self custodial wallets. Once on-chain, users can utilize the equity tokens across DeFi protocols for activities such as lending and liquidity provision.

PancakeSwap, one of the largest decentralized trading venues by volume, has progressively built out its stock terminal since launching bStocks in mid-June. The platform's effort reflects an accelerating race across the digital asset sector to capture market share in tokenized securities and composable finance.

Analysts note that while tokenized real-world assets offer enhanced liquidity and capital efficiency, they introduce distinct structural risks. bStocks do not grant voting rights or direct legal shareholder status in the underlying companies.
