Actinogen Medical hosts Alzheimer's treatment forum
Actinogen Medical Ltd (ASX:ACW, OTC:ATGGF) will host a live Clinical Trials Science Forum webinar at 11am AEST today focused on the future of Alzheimer's disease treatment.
Chief executive officer Dr Steven Gourlay will introduce the session, with chief commercial officer Andy Udell moderating a discussion featuring internationally recognised neurologist and Alzheimer's disease specialist Professor Marwan Sabbagh and Actinogen chief medical officer Dr Dana Hilt.
The forum is designed to provide investors and other stakeholders with clinical perspectives on how the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease are evolving and what these developments could mean for future therapeutic approaches.
Topics will include the changing Alzheimer's treatment landscape, real-world experience with anti-amyloid therapies, the potential impact of blood-based biomarkers and the characteristics physicians are seeking in next-generation therapies.
Janus Electric sets date for FY26 results
Janus Electric Holdings Ltd (ASX:JNS) expects to release its full-year results for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, on August 27.
The company will also host an investor briefing call at 10.30am AEST on the same day.
Management will use the conference call to provide shareholders with an update on Janus Electric's progress following publication of the FY26 financial results.
Sports Entertainment Group strikes NZ$130 million MediaWorks deal
Sports Entertainment Group Ltd (ASX:SEG) has entered into a binding share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of MediaWorks Topco Ltd, New Zealand's largest audio business, for an enterprise value of NZ$130 million, equivalent to about A$107.4 million, on a cash and debt-free basis.
SEG expects the acquisition to be materially earnings accretive, forecasting a 59% increase in earnings per share before synergies.
The company has identified around A$5 million in annual synergies, which would reduce the acquisition multiple from about 5.1 times MediaWorks' CY26 budgeted EBITDA of NZ$25.4 million to 4.2 times after synergies.
On a pro-forma basis, the combined business is expected to generate EBITDA of about A$36.1 million before synergies and A$41.1 million after identified and executable synergies.
The transaction will create a trans-Tasman audio, digital and entertainment group with combined weekly audiences exceeding 5 million listeners across Australia and New Zealand.
MediaWorks holds around 59% audience share among New Zealand listeners aged 25–54 and owns digital audio platform rova, which has more than 540,000 monthly active users.
The existing MediaWorks management team, led by chief executive Wendy Palmer, is expected to continue running the New Zealand business following completion.
SEG also reported record unaudited FY26 revenue of A$152.8 million, up 38% on FY25, alongside normalised EBITDA of A$18 million, up 71%.
Normalised net profit after tax was A$6.6 million, with normalised earnings per share of 2.3 cents.
The company ended FY26 with A$24 million in cash and A$10 million in debt.
Pro Medicus secures A$23 million US imaging contract
PRO MEDICUS LIMITED (ASX:PME) has secured another major US healthcare contract through wholly owned subsidiary Visage Imaging Inc.
Visage has signed a 7-year, A$23 million agreement with St. Luke's Health System in Boise (NYSE:BZ), Idaho, the state's largest private employer and not-for-profit healthcare provider.
The St. Luke's network spans 10 medical centres, including flagship facility St. Luke's Boise Medical Center and St. Luke's Children's Hospital.
Under the transactional licensing agreement, Pro Medicus will implement its cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform across the health system.
The deployment will include Visage 7 Viewer and Visage 7 Workflow, providing St. Luke's with a unified enterprise imaging platform.
Planning for the rollout will begin immediately, with go-live targeted for the first quarter of calendar 2027.
Infinity Metals expands Swansea copper footprint
Infinity Metals Ltd (Infinity Lithium Corporation Ltd (ASX:INF)) has expanded its landholding around the historic high-grade Swansea copper mine in La Paz County, Arizona.
The company has staked an additional 16 mineral lode claims and 4 placer claims around the Swansea Project, adding to the 34 claims already held under an option agreement.
Infinity announced in June 2026 that it had entered into an option to acquire a 100% interest in the original 34 claims at Swansea alongside a capital placement.
The newly staked ground extends the company's interests to the west, east and north of the historic mine.
Infinity said the additional claims cover prospective geological structures within established host rock stratigraphy across accessible, arid desert terrain.
