Riskified Ltd. (NYSE:RSKD) shares jumped 7% in premarket trading on Wednesday after the ecommerce fraud and risk intelligence company delivered second-quarter revenue well above Wall Street expectations and raised its full-year outlook.
Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.02, matching analyst estimates. Revenue climbed 22% year on year to $98.7 million, comfortably exceeding the consensus forecast of $89.2 million.
The performance represented Riskified's strongest revenue growth in more than four years and marked a significant acceleration from the 7% growth recorded in the first quarter.
Riskified raises full-year revenue forecast
Following the stronger second-quarter performance, Riskified increased its full-year revenue guidance to between $400 million and $410 million.
The midpoint of $405 million stands well above the analyst consensus estimate of $380.2 million.
The company also lifted its adjusted EBITDA forecast to between $33 million and $39 million from its previous range of $28 million to $34 million. The midpoint of the revised guidance is $36 million.
"We delivered our strongest revenue growth in over four years, driven by increasingly complex fraud and merchant demand for the unified platform we've spent years building," said Eido Gal, CEO and Co-Founder. "That's showing up in accelerating new business and a deepening multi-product base, and it's why we're raising our outlook for the second time this year."
Adjusted EBITDA rises 84%
Profitability also improved during the quarter, with adjusted EBITDA increasing 84% year on year to $3.9 million from $2.1 million in the corresponding period of 2025.
Riskified generated free cash flow of $12.9 million, more than double the $5.3 million recorded in the prior-year quarter.
The combination of faster revenue growth, improving adjusted EBITDA and stronger cash generation highlighted greater operating leverage as demand for Riskified's fraud and risk intelligence platform increased.
Riskified continues share repurchase programme
Chief Financial Officer Aglika Dotcheva said Riskified repurchased approximately 13.7 million shares for $63.9 million during the second quarter.
Since the repurchase programme began, the company's total shares outstanding have been reduced by a cumulative 26%.
Riskified ended the quarter with $223.6 million in cash, deposits and investments and no debt, maintaining a strong balance sheet while continuing to return capital through share repurchases.
The strong revenue beat, improved profitability and second increase to the company's outlook this year supported the sharp rise in Riskified shares following the results.
