With a market cap of $42.7 billion, CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm and a leading provider of critical infrastructure services, with more than 155,000 employees serving clients across 100+ countries. The company operates through four key segments: Advisory; Building Operations & Experience; Project Management; and Real Estate Investments, offering services spanning leasing, facilities management, project management, investment management, and development.

Shares of the Dallas, Texas-based company have lagged behind the broader market over the past 52 weeks. CBRE stock has fallen 5.7% over this time frame, while the broader S&P 500 Index ($SPX) has rallied 20.3%. In addition, shares of the company are down 8.4% on a YTD basis, compared to SPX's 13.3% return.

CBRE shares rose marginally on Jul. 29 after the company reported better-than-expected Q2 2026 core EPS of $1.56 (up 30%) and revenue increased 15.5% to $11.23 billion. Growth was broad-based, led by Advisory Services revenue, Building Operations & Experience, and Project Management, with particularly strong leasing, critical infrastructure, and property sales. Investor sentiment was further supported by CBRE raising its 2026 core EPS guidance to $7.80 - $7.90.

For the fiscal year ending in December 2026, analysts expect CBRE's core EPS to grow 21.8% year-over-year to $7.77. The company's earnings surprise history is promising. It beat the consensus estimates in each of the last four quarters.

Among the 13 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is a "Strong Buy." That's based on nine "Strong Buy" ratings, three "Moderate Buys," and one "Hold."

On Jul. 30, UBS analyst Alex Kramm maintained a "Buy" rating on CBRE Group and raised the price target to $190.

The mean price target of $182.17 represents a 23.4% premium to CBRE's current price levels. The Street-high price target of $200 suggests a 35.5% potential upside.
