Higgsfield announced a $400 million Series B financing round on Monday at a $5.4 billion valuation, more than quadrupling its $1.3 billion valuation from its Series A funding round. DST Global led the round, with participation from Tribe Capital, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Smash Capital, Fifth Wall, Valor Capital, Intel Capital, Liberty Global Tech Ventures, Mirae Asset Capital, and NTT DOCOMO Ventures, the company said. Existing investors including Accel, Menlo Ventures, and GFT Ventures also participated.

Higgsfield said its annualized revenue reached $700 million this month, up from $20 million a year earlier, according to Yahoo Finance. Business customers now account for the majority of that revenue — a reversal from January, when they represented less than one-quarter of sales, the company said.

The company said it now serves more than 30 million users across 238 countries and territories and powers visual production for 390 of the Fortune 500. Its enterprise customer base spans advertising, media and entertainment, broadcasting, fashion, retail, financial services, and pharmaceuticals, the company said.

Higgsfield co-founder and CEO Alex Mashrabov verified the deal's details in a conversation with the Financial Times, according to Yahoo Finance. "At Snapchat, the face filters I built were primarily used by teenagers for entertainment. At Higgsfield, we are transforming how larger businesses run marketing campaigns," Mashrabov said.

Alex Mashrabov, who had earlier co-founded AI Factory — the computer vision firm whose technology powers Snapchat's face filters — launched Higgsfield alongside his fellow co-founders. Snap acquired AI Factory in 2019, the company said.

A key driver of Higgsfield's growth has been adoption of its agentic products, which automate multi-scene visual production, the company said. Following a Supercomputer rollout in May 2026, users of those products grew 42-fold in three months, driving more than 20 million content generations per month.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to fund research and development, expand global infrastructure, hire AI talent, and scale its sales operations.

DST Global founder Yuri Milner said in a statement that the firm looks forward to supporting the team "as they build the next generation of AI tools for visual creation."
