With a market cap of $25 billion, Incyte Corporation (INCY) is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative therapeutics across the United States, Europe, Canada, and Japan. It markets a diverse portfolio of oncology, immunology, and dermatology medicines, including JAKAFI, OPZELURA, and ICLUSIG.

Shares of the Wilmington, Delaware-based company have outperformed the broader market over the past 52 weeks. Incyte shares climbed 9.3% on Jul. 28 after the company raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $5.13 billion - $5.26 billion, following its CMS settlement that is expected to add $300 million - $310 million to full-year Opzelura net sales. The company also reported strong Q2 2026 results, with net sales rising 40% to $1.49 billion and adjusted EPS of $3.09, well above the analysts' estimates, while the CMS settlement generated a $246 million one-time non-cash benefit.

Investor sentiment was further supported by Opzelura sales of $449.7 million and Jakafi sales of $816.7 million.

For the fiscal year ending in December 2026, analysts expect Incyte's EPS to decrease 52.7% year over year to $2.64. The company's earnings surprise history is mixed. It beat the consensus estimates in three of the last four quarters while missing on another occasion.

Among the 26 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is a "Moderate Buy." That's based on 11 "Strong Buy" ratings and 15 "Holds."

This configuration has remained unchanged over the past three months.

On Aug. 17, Piper Sandler analyst Allison Bratzel raised Incyte's price target to $130 and maintained an "Overweight" rating.

The mean price target of $127.09 represents a 2.9% premium to INCY's current price levels. The Street-high price target of $155 suggests a 25.5% potential upside.
